Error loading features in Pro: Failed to add data error

I am trying to load feature class or layers from enterprise with ArcGIS Pro and I keep getting an error that "Failed to add data".

Please solution to go about this challenge??

Hi Joel,

Can you log onto Server Manager and make sure that the service is running? It may be helpful to restart the service just in case. Then, you can try opening the service in a default ArcGIS Online map viewer application as a quick test.

I restarted the service and restarted the Server itself and it worked
