Issue while exporting by WebGISDR tool for multi-machine

Hi All,

I'm facing issue while exporting full site using WebGISDR tool for multi-machine deployment.

The bellow figures illustrating our deployment and the error:

the account "arcgis" has W/R permissions for the Shared_Location

Failed to back up the ArcGIS Server:
Url: XXX/server.
{"code":500,"messages":["Export operation failed. Failed to create the folder '\\\\xxxxx\\backup\\WebGISSite1610447768427\\server\\xxxxxxxx'."],"status":"error"}

The issue was solved by setting same passwords for .\arcgis accounts in both machines.

Hi Husam, may I know how did you check both .\arcgis password are not match at the first place? in my case the setup done by other people and he's no longer work with us, and also the machine user setup are different where the portal machine arcgis user is setup as Administrator\arcgis and other machine are just arcgis. Really hope you can help me here. thanks
