No, ArcGIS Server service is not cofigured as secured. Do we have to configure it as secured to fix the problem?

Thanks,

Hikmet

There is an ArcObjects application opens an mxd file which has a layer using an ArcGIS Server cached MapService and another layer from a geodatabase. The application exports mxd as pdf file. Sometimes application pops up a dialog as attached, and waits for the response. Is there a way to prevent the popup?

All ArcGIS products versions are 10.2.1.

Hello @HikmetBiyikoglu,

Are you able to update the .mxd to consume the cached map service over 'HTTPS' instead of 'HTTP'? Then retest your application is the ArcGIS Server service secured?

Thanks,

Thomas
