    <description>&lt;P&gt;I know Portal expects the URL that's used by users to access the portal, (the web adaptor or reverse proxy) must be through 443. I'm not sure about the services URL used in federating, though. I wouldn't be surprised if there were issues, to be honest; the software may make assumptions that the services URL uses 443.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are planning to deploy ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 and our IT asked to use a custom port instead of 443 based on the company's policies. So, is there a possibility to have a custom port to replace 443?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
