Suggests not working in locator

Hi, I have created locator using ArcGIS Pro 2.6 and Create Locator tool. My primary table Role is 'point address'. Then I have published it to our Portal using Share as Locator tool in ArcGIS Pro. We are using Enterprise 10.7.

My problem is that my locator are not showing any suggestion even suggests are enable in Server.

Any ideas how i can get suggests working?

Hi Eveliina,

Where are you testing the Suggest capability of the geocoding service? I would make sure that the following return suggestions:

The Locate pane in ArcGIS Pro
The REST endpoint of the geocoding service (e.g. https://machine.domain.com/server/rest//services/myGeodoingService/GeocodeServer/suggest)

Can you enter in an address at these locations, and make sure the locator/geocoding service returns suggestions?
