Arccatalog Unable to create Feature Dataset

Hi,

I am using ArcCatalog 10.3

I am trying to create an Feature Dataset in the Geo database in ArcCatalog. But I try in following steps, I unable to view the New/Import/Export options.

Add Database Connections [LinkToPotral] - [Connection established successfyully]

Right Click on the new created connection [LinkToPotral] -> I can see Copy/deleteRename etc., But NOT the New->
Dataset/Import/Export. Pls refer the screen shot enclosed.

Hi Mathan,

It appears you are using an ArcGIS Desktop Basic license. You will need at least an ArcGIS Desktop Standard license to create data in an enterprise geodatabase.

Make sure you are currently working with ArcGIS Desktop Advanced/Standard license. Basic license don't give you any editing functionality (read-only).
