Arc Catalog fail to show ArcGIS server 10.1 services belong to a user

I am having issue to connect arcgis services from Arc catalog

Here is my server background :

We have ArcGIS 10.1 and it is connected to ArcGIS 10 users/roles database in SQLExpress

We managed to configure ArcGIS server 10.1 security module to read from SQLEXPRESS database as below guide from ESRI.

ArcGIS Help 10.1‌

I can access services from Rest interface, can delete,create,modify users with out any issue.

However we wanted to register our server in Arc Catelogue and use it's services in Arc Catelogue. We can register but Unfortunately we cant view any services belong to user.

Server log said:

Error while processing catalog request. Failed to compute the privilege for the user '<username>. Failed to return user store. Failed to compute the privilege for the user '<username>'. Failed to return user store.

Why Arc Catalog cant read privileges and user store while same configuration Rest interface can read ?

Any guide to correct this issue or any patches ?
