    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have a silverlight app that uses a 10.1 feature service to write to a 10.0 SDE Oracle database.&amp;nbsp; We get the following error message when trying to add a feature:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error code '400':&amp;nbsp; Unable to complete operation.&amp;nbsp; Lock request conflicts with an established Lock(SchemaName.Default)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening and what the solution for this is?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks very much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
