PrintingTools (GP server) Export Web Map Task -> execute fails - 403 error

Hi

I want to disable Services Directory to anyone to avoid inspect the urls.

When I disable "Services Directory" on AGS 10.1 SP1 when I try to print it send a error 403

How can avoid that or resolve?

Hi,

This issue has been logged as the following bug:

[ NIM087900 - Cannot access feature service attachments or PDF file output from output directory when Services Directory access is disabled. ]

It is fixed at 10.2

Hi support

Can you please explain how this problem is fixed in version 10.2?

I have a similar problem. When I disabled the services directory, the user (this is a public facing site ) is unable to download extracted data. However, if the services directory is enabled, extracted data can be saved in the user's computer. Thanks
