I cant use geoevent tools

I go to https://localhost:6443/arcgis/manager/index.html

to have access to ArcGIS server. then nowhere I cant find anything to add and work with GeoEvent. could you please help me understand how can I use Geoevent

I also tried to follow this to login

but it says

This site can’t be reached

gisserver.domain.com refused to connect.

What is the problem???

Hi Hadi Ghayoomi Mohammadi‌,

So you replaced your localhost with gisserver.domain.com ? I would also ensure you have configured IIS on the server machine to enable https 443 and bind the server certificate. See Enable HTTPS on your web server—ArcGIS Enterprise | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise for steps on how to do this. I would also check your internet settings to ensure the site is within your organisations trusted sites. Lastly check your servers services to ensure the geoevent server is running. Hope this helps.
