I couldn’t figure out why map services published with ArcGIS Pro fails to recognize “SOE” capability.

Hi Jamal,

It looks like you may be encountering the following defect: BUG-000110249: The option to enable Server Object Extensions (SOEs)..

For ArcGIS Pro 2.2+ and ArcGIS Server 10.6.1+, you need the Enterprise SDK to extend the functionality of map services published from ArcGIS Pro to use SOEs and SOIs.
