    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Utility network analyst: “tracing upstream” fails to show the path in case of loop with barrier,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the screenshot below, I was expecting that the “tracing upstream” will display the path from the source to the flag despite having a loop due to the fact that one “leg” of the loop is closed by a “barrier”. is this the way it should work?
