    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The full name is GIS_Essex_Power.DBO.SW_CUBICLE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to add another field called "TEST_REPORT"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently upgraded to 10.5.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't had to any fields in quite some time so not sure if this is tied to the upgrade or another problem or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Insufficient Permissions??</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to add a field into an existing feature and when doing so i get the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="396022" alt="" class="image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="/legacyfs/online/396022_Screen Shot 02-07-18 at 09.27 AM.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are on ArcSDE with SQL being the server DBMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT department has looked into things on the database &amp;amp; server side and haven't found anything out of the norm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a SQL Server geodatabase?&amp;nbsp; In the error the object you are trying to alter is GIS_Essex_power.dbo.sw_cubicle.Test_report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;^I can't tell if the owner is 'dbo' or 'sw_cubicle'.&amp;nbsp; SQL Server fully qualified naming conventions are database.schema.object&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the full name of your database, schema and object.&amp;nbsp; Are there periods in any of these names?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you ever been able to alter this object?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
