Map caching error for a particular scale

Hi,
I have a published a mxd having a satellite image and created cache for number of scales. However I am not able to create a cache on a particular scale. I have tried other alternatives like changing the mxd, changing number of service instances, changing cache directory etc but still I am getting the same error.

Have attached a snapshot of the error for reference.

Please suggest how do I create cache for the image.

Are you using a feature class as the extent to cache? What update mode are you using? Have you tried to only cache those specific scales, one job at a time? Also, it looks like you're using 10.1; do you have SP1 installed?

Thanks for your reply.
Here are answers to your queries:

1. Yes, I am using a shapefile to create cache only for a particular area.
2. I am using RECREATE ALL TILES as Update Mode because I am creating the tiles for that area for the first time.
3. I have tried creating cache for one scale at a time for that area. The tiles created successsfully for other scales but only for one scale I have been getting an error.
4. I am using 10.1 with SP1 installed.

What if you use the Area of Interest feature set polygon that's generated when running the tool in ArcMap to digitize an area, rather than use a shapefile as the input?
