When I approve the OAuth request I get an error 400 (invalid request). On the error page are links to login, signup or generate token; they are all broken and lead to an 404 error. I think something with the enterprise configuration is broken. The links lead to &lt;url&gt;/arcgis, but the webadaptors are server and portal.
