Upon applying all of the settings and clicking "Finish" to create the site, it is crashing and popping up an Execution Error (screenshot attached). I have verified the proper AMIs for&nbsp;Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1 with SQL Server Express (May 2018). I am using Windows 10.
