Some Services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." I have confirmed logon and privileges to all folders that seam appropriate. I have also tried a repair by trying to reinstall the data store separately, with no luck</P><P></P><P>Has anyone else encountered this error? No upgrade but I did apply a new license authorization recently. I tried running \ArcGIS\DataStore\tools\updatelicense.bat.
