ArcGIS Server Post Installation (Cannot establish connection to port 6080)

Hi all

After the installed ArcGIS Server 10.1 on Windows Server 2008R2, I cannot establish the connection to this http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager/ as shown on the image below

Please Note That

1. ArcGIS Server Service is running

2. Firewall Disable

Image below show netstat for ArcGISServer.exe

3. I also tried to access the ArcGIS Server Manager page using ports listed in the image above but know luck solving it.

Could someone help me solve this problem

Somphaby,

Dumb question, did you check (http://localhost) if your web browser is displaying the IIS page?

You could also try putting the IP address of the computer instead of "localhost". It may not make a difference, but it is always worth a try

Obviously the IIS Page is displaying that why i asked. I just thought there would be someone on here have faced this problem before.

I also try with both IP and Server Name but no luck as well.
