The cert only verifies that if you reach the services via the public domain name, the server is indeed provided by the organisation that owns the domain name.

I have purchased an SSL cert from godaddy. I have followed documentation to install on the iis and ArcGIS Server. It seems successful on the public domain name but on the localhost https for port 6443, I get an error "The security Certficate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address". Is there something I am missing? I need an urgent help.
