In this tab&nbsp; when I create a new Register Database I get the following error message:</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Machine xxxx cannot connect to database because the database client failed to load. Be sure the database software is installed and configure correctly.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I installed Oracle 11 client 32 bits.
