ArcGIS Server 10.2 Authorization error: prvs is an invalid file for a single use authorization

I encountered this error message on August 29, 2014:

Here are the steps I used to create provision file:

Go to Products >> Authorizations

Select ArcGIS for Server Advanced Enterprise version10.1 - 10.2.2

click on Authorization code

After provision file is created. I download it to the server where ArcGIS server.

Then,

Launch the Software Authorization Wizard from the ArcGIS for Server;
Select the option "I have received an authorization file from Esri and am now ready to finish the authorization process."
Browse to the provisioning file you saved.

It is the place where I received the error message:

"prvs is an invalid file for a single use authorization"

Try to make the extension .rsps

ESRI confirm this is a bug in my.esri.com.

The solution is to rename the .prvs to .prvc.
