Problem with WMS GetFeatureInfo

Hi,

I am trying to do a WMS GetFeatureInfo request and not getting any success. We are running ArcGIS Server Standard Enterprise version 10.1 on Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1.

If I make the following request without the "height" parameter:

http://geoappext.nrcan.gc.ca/arcgis/services/GSCC/Geochronology/MapServer/WMSServer?&service=WMS&version=1.1.1&request=GetFeatureInfo&layers=0&query_layers=0&styles=&bbox=-150,60,-130,70&width=500&X=100&Y=100&srs=EPSG:4326&feature_count=10&info_format=text/plain

I get a response saying I am missing the "height" tag (see attached WMSServer response). If I try adding the missing pararementer to the request:

http://geoappext.nrcan.gc.ca/arcgis/services/GSCC/Geochronology/MapServer/WMSServer?&service=WMS&version=1.1.1&request=GetFeatureInfo&layers=0&query_layers=0&styles=&bbox=-150,60,-130,70&width=500&height=500&X=100&Y=100&srs=EPSG:4326&feature_count=10&info_format=text/plain

Then, I get an error (see attached image).

Can anyone see what is wrong with this request?
