Unable to delete item from portal

Hi,

I was published some features in Portal. I have Server federated with Portal.

I created Server conection in Arcmap and publish de feature for tests.

Now I need remove the item from portal. I was deleted from Server with success. But from portal the messagem below appear.

The user used to publish: The server admin

The user logged in Portal: Administrator.

Why I can´t to delete the item from Portal?

Hi Andre,

The Feature Layer is dependent upon the Map Image Layer. Try deleting the Feature Layer first. If this is successful, then try deleting the Map Image Layer.

Hi Andre,

Sometimes, deleting the service from the Server leaves an orphaned feature layer on Portal. You could try re-indexing the Portal from the Portal Admin directory:

Log in to your Portal administrator account at the Portal Admin directory: https://<machineName.domain.com>/portal/portaladmin/
Navigate to system > indexer
Click Reindex (NOTE: This will take your Portal service down for the duration of the reindex, so it is best to schedule this during downtime).

Hopefully this should get rid of the orphaned feature layer on your Portal site.

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for trying to help, but reindexing does not delete the orphaned Portal items.

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.71, and the only way is to use force delele, manually item by item.
