It may be something like those resources are blocked from your network or the arcgis account doesn't have internet access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked this in the Flexviewer section, but as I'm not sure if the problem is with Flex or Server, I'm asking it here as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using desktop &amp;amp; ArcGIS for Server, I successfully (I think) created a custom print service using my own templates.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I followed the tutorial and the recorded training seminar and I thought I had done it correctly, but I'm still getting an error when I try to access the service in my Flex applications (both 3.1 and 3.4).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click the "Print" widget, the tool opens correctly, but when I click the "Print" button on the tool I get the following error error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error executing print task:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[RPC Fault faultString="Unable to complete operation." faultCode="400" faultDetail="Error executing tool."]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing is that I &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;don't&lt;/SPAN&gt; get an error if I have my own cached basemap turned on.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It only appears when I'm using one of the ArcGIS Online basemaps (or Bing).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; And that behavior is the same regardless of which flex application I using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
