Failed to create the service 'System/CachingTools.GPServer https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-questions/failed-to-create-the-site-failed-to-create-the/m-p/537793#M20801 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><SPAN>I am working with a clean fresh Windows 2008 R2 server spun up in the cloud (not cloudbuilder now).&nbsp;&nbsp; The server starts up, etc; but ArcGIS Server does not belong to a site. When I try and add a new site I get the following error: "Failed to create the site. Failed to create the service 'System/CachingTools.GPServer'". I have followed the steps outlined in KB Doc 40465 but I am still getting the same error. Any thoughts?
