GIS web application browsers builders don�??t start,

GIS web application browsers builders don�??t start,

I tried to start the

1. ArcGIS Web Applications Manager
2. ArcGIS Viewer for Flex
3. ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight 3.0

But end up with nothing,

[ATTACH=CONFIG]21910[/ATTACH], [ATTACH=CONFIG]21914[/ATTACH]

Also, I tried to view the previously built web applications from the IIS but nothing is displayed despite the fact that they can be displayed from the ArcGIS Server manager (as shown in the screenshot below)

[ATTACH=CONFIG]21911[/ATTACH], [ATTACH=CONFIG]21912[/ATTACH], [ATTACH=CONFIG]21913[/ATTACH]

What might be the issue? Is this related to web browsers?

do you see in fiddler or firebug or develop tool ie further details? Have you error in event viewer related these web applications?
In your signature I see SP0. I suggest you install SP1 because many issue has been fixed.

What is surprising that this problem disappeared as the machine restarted!
