ArcGIS for Server 10.2 not displaying in Manager

Hi,

I have created a service which I can access through REST API and add as WMS but can't manage it through web Manager or ArcCatalog, when I go to the folder with the service in Manager I only got a constant loading bar and nothing is displaying, also in ArcCatalog the folder is empty.

Is it possible to delete this service (or folder) manually on the server?

any help appreciated

If you're running in Windows Server environment sometime IE security prevents you from running javascript from websites that aren't in the Trusted Site list (this includes localhost). If it's a standalone server, you can go to IE Options and add localhost (127.0.0.1) to the Trusted Site list, if it's part of a Wndows domain, you have to add 127.0.0.1 to the Trustes Site within the appropriate Domain Policy here.

thanks but I think it is not that issue.
I can see through web manager all other services and the javascript works, this only particular one disappeared after being restarted. As I said the REST API works as well as WMS but I can�??t see in ArcCatalog and web manager .
