We cannot publish any services, either by exporting from Arc Map or by uploading exported service definitions.</P><P></P><P>The error in the logs reads "Unable to instantiate class for xml schema type: ProjectedCoordinateSystem"</P><P></P><P>Which results in good old "ERROR 001362: Failed to extract manifest from uploaded service definition.
