    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dears,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have new machines to replace original arcgis enterprise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had upgraded my ArcGIS Enterprise to 10.7 and created backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When restore to new machine, I got error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Failed to restore the ArcGIS Server:&lt;BR /&gt;Url: https://mydomain/server.&lt;BR /&gt;{"code":500,"messages":["Import site failed with the following error. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/esri/insights/WorkspaceServiceProvider"],"status":"error"}"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this time new Insights for ArcGIS used for 10.7 not release yet. Is it matter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saga&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This typically occurs when a WebGISDR backup from a deployment with ArcGIS Insights is restored to an Enterprise deployment that has not had the software installed. Installing the same version of ArcGIS Insights on the new environment should allow the restore to complete successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
