Setting up a ArcSDE workgroup geodatabase

Hi,
Are there instructions anywhere for setting up a workgroup geodatabase in 10.1?
I've found the instructions for setting up and enterprise geodatabase but can't find anything related to Workgroup.

I've found full documentation for 10.0:

Nothing for 10.1

FYI, ArcSDE Workgroup geodatabases are commonly called "Database Servers" and "ArcSDE geodatabase on SQL Server Express" in the help documentation.

Enabling SQL Server Express to store geodatabases
