      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds simple, but take a look at your IE LAN Settings - make sure the box for "Use a proxy server for your LAN...." is unchecked. This has resolved issues when Port 6080 in/outbound rules, Web Adaptor, IIS and other troubleshooting efforts have failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" height="572" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/124079_pastedImage_0.png" style="width: 274px; height: 572.023696682465px;" width="274" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
