      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Got a error message on starting a map service that has the capability of a SOE service: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.&amp;nbsp; Without the SOE capability, the map service can be started w/ problem.&amp;nbsp; It appears to be that this bug is in the compiled SOE project.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have some experience how to handle this problem?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Updated the SOE's again and then re-started the map service with only 1 SOE&amp;nbsp; extension in the capabilities, and the problem was gone.&amp;nbsp; But if 2 or 3 SOE's were turned on in the Capabilities, the error displayed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
