ArcGIS Server keeps refreshing to login page

My company is using ArcGIS Server 10.5 and now it is not working well. When I tried to visit the url of a map service/feature service, the url jumps to a log in related url automatically. The web page is blank and keeps refreshing without final results. All the maps created on Portal for ArcGIS have no content and no map layers are available.

For example:

The original url is: https://esriweb.companyname.com/companygis/rest/services/Common

It’s changed into:

https://esriweb.companyname.com/companygis/login/?returnUrl=https://esriweb.companyname.com/companygis/rest/services/Common

Anyone knows what's the reason for this issue?
