Web Adaptor - 404 error attemting to connect

I unable to connec to my Web Adaptor any longer. It's up and running and I can access my REST endpoints, but I get a 404 error when I try to go to the URL on the Web Adaptor machine. My App Pool user has full control to the WebConfig. config file. All patches are on all my machines in the site.

Any thoughts on this? I've called ESRI, but we can't seem to get to the bottom of it. I was able to access it until last week. My server was patch this weekend with MS patches. Could it be a possible patch issue?

Here are different resolutions I've used

check your bindings in IIS - make sure correct

If using http://localhost - try FQDN

Change the Web Adaptor Application Pool Identity to use the ApplicationPoolIdentity instead of the domain user or set to local system

Run a repair of web adaptor. If fails, uninstall, if arcgis folder (or whatever you called web adaptor) still exists, delete, run Setup again
