    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am running a multiple machine setup and haved recently upgraded to 10.2.&amp;nbsp; After a reboot of one of my machines last night I can no longer access ArcGIS Server Manager (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://server:6080/arcgis/manager"&gt;http://server:6080/arcgis/manager&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) on that machine.&amp;nbsp; The other machines are accessible through that link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is the error message I now get:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]26617[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone seen this message when trying to access ArcGIS Server Manager?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It seems as you have Portal for ArcGIS extension installed and you are trying to login into the Portal (the Portal login page is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://walte:6080/arcgis"&gt;http://walte:6080/arcgis&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; When we go to upgrade to 10.2 it asks for the arcgis account password, which I have no clue what it is.&amp;nbsp; So I changed it and it screws everything up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We tried creating a test instance, and it keeps saying we are not authorized once we finish the 10.2 upgrade.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
