Changing the name of machine affects the �??ArcGIS Web Applications Manager�?�,

As the name of machine is changes, the �??ArcGIS Web Applications Manager�?� wasn�??t able to start!

How the �??ArcGIS Web Applications Manager�?� can be redirected to the new name of the machine?

�?� The old machine name is m-pc, the manager was accessed by
http://m-pc/arcgis/manager/default.aspx

�?� The new machine name is p1, the icon should lead to http://m-pc/arcgis/manager/default.aspx, but it doesn�??t! How to be redirected?

-In the dialog that appears, edit the URL for the shortcut

In the screenshot of my post, I have been there (properties dialogue box) but couldn�??t know how to edit the URL!!!

Were might be the URL in the properties dialogue box? I couldn�??t find it. Please, have a look on the screenshot below:
