Publishing related table

Hi I have a feature layer with a 1 to 1 relationship with a table as shown below. I can add the data in ArcGIS Pro as shown below as well. However once that is published to the server as hosted feature layer, i am unable to edit the related records.

I also get the error "Error processing request" when I try to access the featurelayer > relationship. In my server logs I have Error processing request operation not implemented yet. "/relationships: "

Can someone advise me what I am doing wrong?

When publishing the feature class, did you enable editing in the share as web layer tool?

Mehdi Pira It has been published as hosted feature layer and editing capabilities enabled.

Is it possible to share the feature class with the related table on Geonet?

You can also send it to my esri email if that's ok.

Did you find a resolution for this? I am experiencing exact same error.
