Incomplete Tile Creation 10.2.2

All,

not sure if others have run into this particular issue or not...

when publishing a service and creating the tile cache i always seem to have an issue with layer 18 never being 100%. ive even tried recreating the "empty tiles" through the manager with no success. im starting to wonder if this is a bug or maybe the layer itself is corrupt.

i was curious if anyone has found a solution to this or not, i have attached a screenshot of my issue.

Did you apply the patch available for 10.2.2

indeed i did.

i just find it strange that it says 100% of tiles were created even though layer 18 is not 100%, or at least as seen on the cache status window.

Have you tried deleting (or just renaming/moving...just in case) the status.gdb and rebuilding it? Maybe there is some residual extent it is seeing. Just something to try.

this is something I've wanted to attempt, but there isn't much documentation how to rebuild the status.gdb.

could you please advise on the proper steps?
