topic Failed to create the site. Arcgis Server 10.3.1 in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

Failed to create the site. Arcgis Server 10.3.1

After installing ,when trying to create a new site following error appears. I have also checked the log file. Any suggestions how to remove this error?

My system specifications are Arcgis 10.3.1 Desktop & server ,Windows 10

Make sure the ArcGIS Server account has Read/write Access for C:\arcgisserver folder (with its sub-folders). Restart ArcGIS server service from services.msc. Retry creating the site.

Dear Jayanta,

I have already checked that both accounts have full access control to C:\arcgisserver folder. i have also changed the directory but no success.

Issue was Windows firewall , update the licence file again. restart arcgis server service.It is running now.

when you say you updated the license file, what do you mean? and was your Windows Firewall blocking ports internally on the machine?
