      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m trying to backup my GIS Server before to upgrade (10.4.1 to 10.5.1) using the webgisdr command on linux and every time I got a error msg on Arcgis Server backup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It´s a single machine using :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Portal for ArcGIS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webadaptor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10.4.1 version on Linux&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Starting the webgisdr utility. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Starting the backup process with the webgisdr utility. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Starting the backup for Portal for ArcGIS. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Starting the backup for ArcGIS for Server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Starting the backup for ArcGIS Data Store. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following Portal for ArcGIS has been backed up successfully:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Admin Url: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://community.esri.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmyurl%3A7443%2Farcgis%2Fportaladmin" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://myurl:7443/arcgis/portaladmin&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The backup of Portal for ArcGIS has completed in 00hr:06min:03sec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Failed to back up the ArcGIS for Server.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Admin Url: &lt;A class="unlinked"&gt;https://myurl:6443/arcgis/admin&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;{"code":500,"messages":["Servlet execution threw an exception"],"status":"error"}&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following ArcGIS Data Store has been backed up successfully:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Admin Url: &lt;A class="unlinked"&gt;https://myurl:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The backup of ArcGIS Data Store has completed in 00hr:06min:27sec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The backup of Web GIS components has completed in 00hr:06min:30sec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stopping the webgisdr utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jonathan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using Portal for ArcGIS and Federated Server and the exportSite works well but the backup is only for Portal Content and Datastore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m talkink to support from ESRI (here in Portugal). The big problem now is :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can´t acess the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt; Url: &lt;A&gt;https://myurl:6443/arcgis/admin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the machine running the DR tool, (presumably the Portal machine), can you reach that URL?&amp;nbsp; If it's federated, then I can't imagine it's not reachable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
