Hi all,
I have been working on making a flex viewer application that consumes services from our ArcGIS server 10.1. I set it use a SP1 Web Adapter so that we could use Active Directory to authenticate users. Everything appeared to be working fine but then after a reboot of the machine that the arcgis server was on the services published to the server could no longer be accessed and I started getting
"Error: ArcGIS Server Site is not configured. Check with your ArcGIS Server administrator for resolution; an ArcGIS Server site is created or machines are added to an existing site using ArcGIS Server Manager.
Code: 500" http://support.esri.com/cn/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/41622

In an attempt to fix this error I tried to changing the role storage and restarting the Arcgis Server as suggested in this thread:http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/74905-Physical-HTTP-load-balancer-ArcGIS-for-Server-and-Active-Directory?p=266564&viewfull=1#post266564. Unfortunately I am fairly new to working with ArcGIS server and I restarted the server using Windows Services Manager. Since restarting in Windows Service Manager I can no longer access my arcgis server site, Arcgis Server Manager Application, or access the GIS server in desktop or catalog and they appear to no longer exist. So now I am at a point were I am trying to figure out exactly what I have done and how to fix it. Once again I am fairly new to working with Arcgis for Server so any suggestions on the best way to go about fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
