      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, why URL &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-style:italic;"&gt;"myserver/arcgis/services?wsdl"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; cause error in browser:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect ()."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The browser is redirected to the same url after clicking &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-style: italic;"&gt;"soap"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; link on the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-style:italic;"&gt;"myserver/arcgis/rest/services"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The same link on the ESRI's server is working ok: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-style:italic;"&gt;&lt;A href="http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services?wsdl"&gt;http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services?wsdl&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What should I install or configure to repaire this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;P.S. I have Arcgis Server 10.1 for Windows.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Soap won't open in browser but will using&amp;nbsp; WSDL -&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services?wsdl"&gt;http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services?wsdl&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
