Web Adapter configuration page not found

Hi all,

We are trying to configure WebAdaptor in an Amazon EC2 instance using the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 AMI on Ubuntu. We are working with the command line, since we can not access the configuration web page (we think that this is the problem):

./configurewebadaptor.sh -m portal -w https: //52.47.xx.xx: 7443 / arcgis / webadaptor -g https: //52.47.xx.xx: 7443 -u user -p mypassword

The command returns a 404 error (page not found):

Unable to register web adapter.Unable to register web adapter. : {404}

We do not know what happens:

We have reinstalled Web Adapter.
We have checked that Apache Tomcat is running.
We can access the website of Portal and ArcGIS Server.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried registering using the FQDN instead of the IP address? I wouldn't expect that the IP address is a CN or a SAN on your cert.
