topic enable time using archiving feature in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

I'm familiar with enabling time on a feature using existing data. We currently have a table in archiving mode and I was wondering if it was possible to time enable a feature based on the archive data. It would be cool to have a time slider to see changes that were done to features.
