Error when trying to create map cache

Hi

I have a ArcGIS 10.1 Server(upgraded from 10.0 SP3). When I try to create a map cache for one of the map services I get this error:

The containing process for 'System/CachingTools' job 'jbf22b3f96741494c9072b41205599451' has crashed.

I found the problem. The GP services CachingTools and ReportingTools fails with the above error when ArcGIS Server security is set to Windows Domain for both users and roles. If I use ArcGIS Built in for users and roles or Windows Domain for users and ArcGIS built in for roles everything works fine. Does anyone know if there is some configuration that I need to do on the server for this to work when Windows Domain is selected for both users and roles?
