I would appreciate if someone sheds some light on the issue. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>Just as a part of getting more familiar with the web server, all I tried was restarting the MAP Service. So now I am not able to start the service. I have verified that my server is running and it is connected to the ArcGIS.
