ArcGIS Online or on your own web servers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the network location that your VPN provides access to does not have access to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) the web server that hosts the web apps(the app would fail to load all together)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) the ArcGIS Server(the app would load, but services would not display)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why would I not be able to get my web applications to open up on iPad when I am connected via a vpn. we have our apps accessing our services thorough our dmz url we have 10.3.1 arc server... the app is shared publicly. when I turn vpn off I can access my app and services perfectly fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
