    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jamal,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you load the imagery into the mosaic dataset using UNC paths? i.e. \\servername\folder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you zoom into a large scale, the raw imagery is accessed.&amp;nbsp; If you loaded the rasters using absolute paths, and ArcGIS Server is on a separate machine than the imagery, the ArcGIS Server machine will search for the imagery using the absolute path (i.e. D:\images).&amp;nbsp; This absolute path may not exist on the ArcGIS Server machine.&amp;nbsp; Try using UNC paths if you used absolute paths.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
