I can publish a Map Service from there, though, and it works fine.</P><P>This is from a fresh/empty GeoEvent and BDS deployment, just trying to publish new service using the default TrackGap geoevent definition.</P><P>Everything worked fine with 10.8.1 Geoevent and BDS, using 10.7.1 Portal and Hosting Server.
