Export tiling scheme from existing cached map service

There should be a way of exporting the tiling scheme from an existing cached map service so that a service created at a later date can use the same tiling scheme even if an xml wasn't created for the original or it is not accessible at time of creation.
Using an existing service as "input" and being able to choose to output as "TilingScheme.xml" or as a polygon layer would be very helpful for AGS administration in an environment with several admin hubs.

It could be another version of the "Map Server Cache Tiling Scheme To Polygons" tool.

This would be exceptionally helpful and would eliminate the need to re-create schemes manually.

You can grab the tiling scheme from the cache directory, for example:

...\directories\arcgiscache\<web_service_name>\Layers\conf.xml

I agree that a tool to export would also be useful.
